Sanis isn’t just a name—it’s a legacy. Named after my dad, whose nickname was “Sanis,” this shop is more than a business; it’s a tribute to his love for life and his favorite meal: fried chicken bursting with flavor. When we lost him, I knew I wanted to honor his memory in a way that brought people together, just like he always did. That’s how Sanis was born, built on the foundation of love, flavor, and community.

We started small—a humble hut in Bordesley Green, serving up fried chicken burgers and our signature loaded fries, dripping in our special creamy pepper sauce. From the very first bite, we made noise on the streets, winning over locals with our bold flavors and dedication to quality. Word spread fast, and so did our reputation, but one thing hasn’t changed: our loyalty to the people who supported us from the start.

Today, we’re proud to call Bordesley Green home, with our own shop that stands as a testament to hard work, community love, and the belief that even the smallest dreams can grow into something amazing.
